All In

If dreaming is like flying,

Then real life is like falling,

Your fantasy is slowly dying,

Strong voices no more calling.

If confidence is winning,

Than paradise has been lost,

The world is melting, slowly spinning,

And dreams come at what cost?

If I just dream to lose it,

For reality strikes me hard,

Thrown back when the bullet hits,

And life has played its trump card.

If dreaming is like flying,

Then real life is like falling,

You lose it all, confidence dying,

When I gave to dreams, I put all in.
