all by myself

I don't want to eat I can't sleep my heart has withdrawn so far into my body I can't tell if its beating I can't feel its cries for you I don't know what day it is or the time hell, I don't even know where I am I've never known pain like this a pain that feels like it'll never end it echoes so loud in my head I can't hear them telling me to get out of bed I can't breathe i don't know if I even want to the air is too heavy for my lungs
