All I can be

Sometimes deep down within

our souls are reaching for pure achievement

In desperate times it seems impossible to pick up and try again

lonely, scared, and fragile I cry out for help

noone is there to listen

it is quiet and dim and nothing will glisten

Looking back at those times

there was a sense of wholesome

strength was there to guide me

even through pressure

never did I give up

I only prayed that it would be the day

my heart would feel love

now that i've went down memory lane

i can only explain the strengths that ive gained

im not scared to try

i hardly can cry

for i conquered my fears

i reached for the stars

i am no longer afraid to be everything that is intended for me

I am me and thats all I can be
