All I Ever Heard

Dearest X,

All I ever heard was

You're a lucky girl

You are wonderful

What a delight

But what is luck to a girl

Who got stabbed by a sword

His companioin word of mouth

Held the power to presuade

I was told "you are not loved"

Well at least anymore

by the one I thought so highly of

I was told I was colorful

but not wanted in his sight

I became refundable

A size too small

I feel it all

I am wonderful

I'm a fucking delight

I don't mean to be impolite

But honey, I am no lucky girl.
