All I Need

Oppression and gentrification
The world has changed people
But that doesn't stop re-creation
My new island
Created from the ground up
Gives people a choice
But know if you stay, you're stuck
Most don't want to be with me
Yeah they've already declined my offer
Nobody decides to stay
Which is why nobody knows a father
Yes we are ignorant bastards
See wiser, but don't bother to keep the pace
But trust me,
All I need is this spectacular race
The beauty in us is simple
Covered up by ink, piercings, and gold
But the lush history that comes with us
Is one that deserves to be told
Kicking us out seemed to work,
Especially if the intent was the bring us down
But culture still lives on
You thoughtless clowns.
So yes, this is my message
To the American hierarchy
If I were stranded on an island
I would take with me a better society .
