All I Need
Some want wealth, to live in luxury.
Some want fame, to be known as someone.
Some want power, to tell others what to do.
To those people, it's all they need.
I don't need wealth, to live happily.
I don't need fame, to be loved.
I don't need power, to feel strong.
To me, that's not what I need.
I have a passion, that I'll turn into a career.
I have friends and family, who care about me
I have skills, that make me feel confident.
And to me, that's all I need.
All I need to work, is to be the writer I am.
All I need to smile, is to be with my loved ones.
All I need to try, is to show what I'm made of.
And to me, that's al lI need.
Instead of wealth, I need to write stories and poems.
Instead of fame, I need my loved ones in my life.
Instead of power, I need my skills to motivate myself.
And that's because, that's all I need.
Writing is my passion, and I choose to be a writer.
My friends and family care, and I can't live without them.
I know what I'm made of, in the skills I possess.
Because all in all, that's all I need.
