All I Need

Magnificent you are.

Your grace always comforted me since the first day we meet.

I didn’t know yet, but somehow you always knew best.

You were my first love, giving me a love I couldn’t forget.

Your knowledge was everlasting, my mind constantly expanding.

Gracious was He to let us be, one may call it destiny.

As I lay here stranded under the night stars I say to myself

Magnificent you are.

Optimism should be afraid of you.

Courage should have taken a lesson or two.

Your heart as big as a treasure cove, it takes the whole world to find your gold.

As I walk miles away from you, I wonder when I will be able to share my next laugh with you.

Through trials and tribulations, my head was held high because of you.

I yell aimlessly through the night, hoping for an S.O.S to come to my rescue.

Waiting for help to arrive I never lost faith, because in my soul my S.O.S, was you.

Optimism should be afraid of you.                                     

Magnificent you are.

Counting the many ways I adore you.

Writing in the sand, all I can draw is your name.

I go through the day thirsting for life, yet you are my saving grace every breath of the way.

 I love you more than words could explore.

Stranded on this island, All I Need is you because
