All I need.

If I were in the desert.

For countless days.

The sun rising and falling,

Countless times.

What is real?

Who would come to save me?

What would I have done to deserve such isolated punishment?

My mouth would be as dry as the sand.

My stomach as empty as beyond the ocean.

And the only thing that would be on my mind,

Besides survival, animal attacks, cold night, and hot days,

Would be the greatest digestible gift the universe has to offer.

With its glistening cheese and various meat options.

With its strange combination for individual preference.

With its unevenly distributed eight slices and grease soaked box.

With its one inch crust and cheesy internal surprise.

All I would need,

In a bare desert scene,

Or an isolated island disaster,

Would be a piece of pizza.

Because at least if I die,

I die happy.
