All I Need

One boy, Six letters, 1,277 days.

I have come down with a sickness

Intense feelings so rare to witness

Memories dance through my mind

The kind I couldn't learn to leave behind

A reality that could only be perceived as an illusion

Because I have the  one thing the heart truly desires

Spreading through my heart like a wildfire

Fluttering heart, shaking palms, creation of butterflies

Without I would be numb inside

Once shattered, now filled with bliss

A laugh, a smile, a voice

The thought of these disappearing makes my eyes moist

Never could I believe one person could change my life

One boy who has made life beautiful

The one who's feelings and life I hold dear

Without him I would live in true fear

Isaack.

One  word, four letters, 42 months

Love.
