All I Need

The world is filled with so many necessities.

Some find in objects,

Some find it in human form.

But is all just a facade?

Are they just things you've been consuming your life with,

And they only seem to be needed.

Is there a real value in the thing you need the most?

Or is it just a hoax.

I value this person with my all.

Not just for the gifts I receive,

Without those I  would be just fine.

But for you caring words and the way you listen.

The way you talk with ease, allows me to become a better person.

My esteemed effective brother.

Your guidance carries me like a grocery bag.

I could not replace you with no other.

Stranded on an island , you and I could survive alone.

For you would protect me and help my spirit grow.
