Five years ago he sat next to me,

Great high school friends is what I thought we would be.

Months later he became my best friend,

And hours on the phone with him I wanted to spend.

Four years ago, his girlfriend he asked me to be,

And of my heart I gave him the key.

He is funny, smart, handsome, and kind.

One year ago he got on one knee,

And his wife he asked me to be.

After four months we became one,
