All I Need Is a Book

I am stuck on an island, hoping to get a clue

What should I do?

To get a clue and to know what to do, I would bring a book.

Not just an ordinary book, but a book that gives me the tools

To know what to do…such as

How to catch and cook some food,

 How to keep myself cool,

How to build a campfire with

a bunch of useless wires

And not be a fool.

Learn to fight a battle when I hear a rattle.

And not to jump, when I see toxic waste dump

With a survival guide at my side, I will come out with pride

And I will survive.
