All I Need Scholarship Slam

All I need is courage. 

Courage gives me hope. Hope keeps me optimistic. Optimism upholds my spirits in tough

situations. Tough situations allow to appreciate everything, big or small. Appreciation 

teaches me to notice all the little things in life. Sometimes these little things pile on and 

become overwhelming. Feeling overwhelmed stresses me out. Stress causes my anxiety to 

kick in. Anxiety forces me to prioritize my responsibilities. Responsibilites make me

an individual. As an individual I understand my role in society. Society sometimes

pressure me to be to be someone I'm not. Pressure makes me want to give up. And when I

want to give up,

all I need is courage. 

Courage gives me hope and keeps me optimistic. Courage helps me stay strong in tough

situations and to appreciate all the little things. Courage teaches me to take life one step 

at a time so that I don't become overwhelmed. It's courage that gets me through the

stressful time and courage is the one that keeps my head above the water so that I don't

drown in the anxiety. It's courage the reminds me of my responsibilities and it's courage

that defines who I am because I don't give up. 

Because all I need is courage.
