All it Takes is One

I’m just a kid

I've moved from my home place

And now i’m somewhere new

New school,

Semi new home,

Entirely new people

Spent several weeks alone

No new friends

Or enemys

Teachers hated me drawing

Too much guns and aliens

Video Games rot brains they said

But there was one girl

Who understood me

And joined me

She showed me how to be me

Her presence made me want to draw more

Her company made me want to achieve

She helped me fight darkness

And taught me to chase my dreams

Showing me what was possible

She was there when the world wasn't

Despite her falling too

Together we fought the world

Now I’m better

Now I'm after a passion

And it's thanks to her I even try
