All Of Me
Starting over
Because I have nowhere
Left to go
Down here
Everything goes so slow
You cut me so deep
And you buried me
Underneath
All the weight you carried
It wasn't enough to just love you
You had to break me too
I take it in
I take it under the skin
Because I still don't mind
And I don't mind
What I can't control or change
If I had my way
You'd be here with me
Today
Now
You'd save me tonight
But that's only
If I had my way
But we both know
Nothings changed
You whisper my name
Like it's a prayer
But the love you feel for me
You treat as a curse
A burden
I wish
You'd let me down
Because I'm tired of missing a ghost
A shadow
Hanging onto my soul
Dragging it down with you
All of me
Wants all of you
To just love me right
Like you did that first time
That first night
All of me
Lets you in
Time and time again
Only for you to break me
Time and time again
Because still
Even through it all
All of me
Wants all of you
