All Men Are Equal
All men are equal,
So our fathers said.
But ever since we have known not freedom but hate.
We are judged not as ourselves but the color of our skin.
Feared, hated, segrigated, pushed away.
But now things are changing , thanks to Dr. King,
We're finally being seen.
Now we will be equals
The way our fathers said.
