All in my head

I'm flat chested, but I wouldn't get a boob job.

I have a button nose but I would get a nose job.

My teeth aren't straight but I wouldn't wear braces.

I don't have a flat stomach, but I wouldn't get a tummy tuck.

My hair is thin, but I wouldn't get a wig.

My arms have scars but I wouldn't cover them.

I have schizophrenia.

Can I change that?
