All by Myself

The day you realize the only one you can trust

Is yourself

The day you realize that they only want you when they need you

Not when you need help

The day when you start to look at yourself differently

And see things in the mirror that you’ve never seen before

The day when you’re crying silently on your bedroom floor

That’s when you grow up

Or at least that’s when I did

Because when you go through it alone

It forces you to be big
