All in or not at all

sometimes you have to tell yourself

it is ok to exist,

to wonder and to question

without fear,

to sigh the loudest

to mumble a quiet tiny whisper

EXIST,

TAKE UP SPACE,

curse and cry,

love and snot,

shut up and walk,

or dont,

don't dehumanize yourself

drink water and

tell yourself

you love yourself
