All Over Again

I see you

And lord

It’s like spring all over again

But I can’t

And I won’t, so I go

But I don’t quite leave

My feet disobey me

Betraying me, they stay

glued in place

“Stop it,” hisses my mind

“We don’t love him anymore”

But my heart swoons and falls to the floor

And again I am yours

Trapped by the radio waves you’re sending me

Mending me totally

All that you did to me

now dead to me

And I love you

Just for now

But, just for now,

I love you

And it’s like spring all over again

This actually wasn't inspired by a boy.
