All Over the Place

Sometimes I need to remember to hold up and just coast, getting caught up in time, things passing transparent like a ghost. It wasn't that long ago, it was just a scene in my rear view, I’m once too often finding myself take a trip back down or two. Ever since I have been rescued, I’ve been shown the cloud nine life. I get anxious, waiting for reality to cut through sharp as a knife. Yet there are those moments when everything seems to stand still. I don’t see a soul around and there are plenty of remedies unable to fulfill. As for later, there is so far one thing that has been held so high. In really no time at all, that day will be ended with an accomplished sigh. Times like these don’t last long, I snap back quick quite grateful. For memories, heroism and everything between seem to be ever so fateful.
