is this all that's there

All these days ending the same
A symphony of pain
A huge blow to the brain
or heart
Which is where it all starts
A slow ache from within
Then a darkness that consumes me until I get a little woozy
Like a rock in water
A sinking feeling comes over
Like those last minutes when you're drowning, realizing
Your savior come isn't going to rescue you this time around
Should've learned how to float
Now it's sink or swim, ride or die, high or low
I don't know how to float
So I sink in the hopelessness
Sink in despair
Is this all that's there?
