I need love

I need to love and be loved

I need a driving force

In this cold and eternal world

I need love

I need to feel like I am wanted

I need something to keep me going

In this harsh and unforgiving world

I need love

I need to love myself

I need to prove to myself my worth
In this judgemental and mocking world

I need love

I need to be loved by myself

I need to tell myself that I am loved

In this hateful and spiteful world

I need love

I need to give more than I receive

I need to put out all the love I wish I could be given

In this world that so desperately needs itWe need love
