To All The Writing I've Lost

I will miss those words, lost
Now forbidden from my mind
My body refuses greatness,
So I can't repeat them a second time
The first time is the best though,
And if not,
Simply remembered for being first.
And my body aches for those first words
The words water,
my ache thirst.
I surely hope to find them,
So I can cherish them with need -
If not, in regret I'll forget them,
I'll let them perish with my greed.
