"All of you"

More than a text or phone call

More than just a photo or two

Instead of choosing one, I choose all of you.

Not just my brother or my sister, but all of my family and friends

If I had to choose just one thing, I’d choose you all to the very end.

Stranded on an island, there’s one thing I hold dear

No matter how far away I am, each of you would be near.

To my heart closestI’d hold

something new, yet also old.

Smiles, tears, and laughs all captured in time

forever on this island, me and these precious memories of mine.

And every passing day I’d read from cover to cover

while over the photos and captions my finger would hover.

More than a text or phone call,

More than simply a photo or two,

But in my scrapbook I’d bury my nose

to remain close to each one of you.
