Allegory ...

Hebrews 13:5

5 Your conduct must be free from the love of money and you must be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you and I will never abandon you.”

Traveling far to be in your presence ... no thought You were with me.

You came along for the ride ... and I did not even know it.

From the moment we first met ... You willingly became me

When I gave my heart to You ... and I could not even show it.

Miracle of miracles ... is my chosen blindness.

Christ set me free ... to peek into Glory.

But it seems all I see ... is the world with its cares

Taking all my attention ... a living allegory.
