Allow the dark to bring light

Something that changed my life was the ability to see the light.

I always opened my eyes to see, but little did I know that you need to close your eyes to distinguish light.

Sometimes you have to close your eyes in order to love life.

Before I was unable to see,

My eyes were opened but the light of life could never come inside.

It was not until I close my eyes that life opened my eyes.

As I close my eyes the fear to the dark arises,

I was always afraid of dark, afraid to close my eyes and fall.

It was a rainy night, I was afraid to close my eyes and never wake up.

The hours passed, and as night died I closed my eyes.

I closed my eyes to the dark, and finally when I opened my eyes the light came into my eyes.

Don’t be afraid to close your eyes, for you need the dark in order to see the light.

Change the way you see the light to let the shine enter your life.
