Almost

Almost had it I almost reached for the stars I aimed so far Came so close But all of a sudden I slipped That rope holding the two mountains together broke And so did we You know I almost got the chance to say I’m sorry But now it’s to late I can never turn back Even if I could it will never be the same The memories we had are just shattered glass Piece by piece I’ll fix it But the cracks will remain there forever
