Alone.

Alone.
I've been feeling quite alone now
with all these people in the world now
I come and go as if no one knows
but everyone sees now
but no one believes that I am alone
I smile and wave at the taunting task of being a flower within a mask
wilting and crumbling beneath it all
now don't get me wrong
I'm not a shy caterpillar at all
I just found myself alone now
and all my fears seem to rush out
now in my strange yet temporary sadness
will I survive this madness?
