Alone

In this cold, dark world Lies a girl with broken dreams With a smile that she has to mold A smile, that hides millions of tears Tears shed, blood spilled She wonders when this will end With none of her dreams fulfilled And a notebook that's her only friend In this cold, dark place Lies a girl with an aching heart In her chest is an empty space And nobody sees that she's falling apart
