Alone

All alone, by myself

In the lifeless darkness of my disgrace

Buried in blankets covering the tears falling down my face

Lost in the thoughts of  my mind

Becoming a victim of my own kind

If I end it all today

It will all go away

I am hurting on the inside

So why not the outside

Then comes the second thoughts

And the forget me nots

The guilt that makes me fear

But don't be surprised when I disappear

I fake a smile, to hide I'm hurting

Too many believe, which is disconcerting

I am weeping, pleading, begging, crying for it all to stop

Knowing it ends in one big drop

But what I find on my own

Is that I am not alone
