Alone

Wooden door I unlocked, pushed it open creeking Pushed myself inside, there I found me wondering Door I closed, a room with silence's scream echoing For mine dearest family I was thrown seeking

Checked my wrist watch, time was seven in the evening Where are they? I asked, hours of work must be tiring Again, we won't be eating dinner together Said I, when will they be with their son to gather

After feasting on mine supper alone, I stood Bad thing they weren't here, the meal I cooked was good With sadness, I was sent sitting on my bed side Ended up facing the window looking outside

Speechless, I saw towering heights reaching the sky I walked towards the mirror and asked where am I There I realized, I was sent here to study Far away from my parents, from everybody
