Alone

Alone : In my darkness I am home where the monsters and I have tea and cakes.

Alone in the shadows where I hide where my fears and anxity play I take a deep breath and I pray Alone  in the vast attic where I used to sleep,  racing thoughts creeped played over and over where I  knew no sleep , sleep was  not my friend it did not want to play it would sit and mock me  and laugh with a villan laugh. Alone in my world where I am captive  to my anxiety prisoner to my depression  and the guard is called zolo he keep me from lashing out some way allthough sometimes I wish I could , he keeps me stable but I sometimes want to be unstable and ruthless and mean .I just want to be.  Alone is not all bad sometimes it is good to be lost in translation unale to talk no breath to form. It is good to think to ponder to dream to become to be you, to be apart of a world an island that is just yours. It is ok sometimes to want to be left alone to ponder to delebrate with yourself  alone. so as I sit alone I am greatful for my pal he brings me comfort in a world of  worry and calm in a storm I am ok with Alone.
