Alone

In the moonlight she stands.

Alone she watches.

Her eyes never close.

Tall and proud she is.

Watching, wishing, and hoping.

Our dark angel is alone.

No one knows her.

No one cares.

Tears she sheds, fall unnoticed.

Cries unanswered.

Alone.

Alone.

Our dark angel is alone.

She watches our hearts.

Healing and saving them.

Yet she is alone.

All fear her.

All cry to her.

Yet none help her.

Alone she is.

Left to watch over.

Alone.

Alone.

She knows no fear.

Only pain.

Only suffering.

Our dark angel watches.

Her eyes never close.

Alone she guides.

Alone she is.

Alone.

Alone.
