Alone is contradicting

I feel like being alone is contradicting when your alone you're able to think and get to know your self better, But on the other hand, When you're alone you can be lonely, and sad Which is one of the worst feelings to feel. For me being alone is peace and sorrow. When i feel forced to be alone i tend to question my place in people lives, put myself down, take things out of context. When im alone because i want to be I think about how life should be or how it could of been, i think about the future, about things i can change, I learn about the history i find most interesting, i learn about myself. Sometimes i like being alone. I get to see the growth i made with every new moment i spend with myself l. Being alone is peace and sorrow, Being alone is contradicting.
