The Alpine Medow

There's only one place to be free.

Free from deception, problems, and cares.

For some it comes in their sleep, but for me its further than counting sheep.

It takes a trecherous hike, a pack, and shoes with spikes.

It's where the air gets thin, and you can hear the drop of a pin.

So quite and still, it brings a certian chill.

Everything drifts away and that is where I wish to stay.

There's only on place to be free.

Free from deception, problems, and cares.
