Alright

Simple lies equal broken truths

Misunderstood ignorance with youth

Breathing in toxic air

Wishing for a love like fairytale

Living on a sugar rush

Thinking "oh this is nothing much"

You're living the teenage life

And it's alright, alright

To be insecure

Unsure

Living in your own world

But that's the teenage way

Pretending everyday is a heartbreak

But living with a smile on your face

Never will you stand alone

Long as you know

There is a heartbeat in sync

With every single piece of music

Just a note

To let you know

This teenage life

Is alright

Alright
