Always Running

I have A.D.D.

Anything that shines

Anything that chimes

Anything that catches my eye

On my mind

thoughts that never die

memories that never fade

regrets that cut me like a blade

Always running

never a break

all the emotions I just can't shake

Painting pictures in my head

spiraling as I lay thinking in my bed

Just drop it my poor heart pleas

but I remember I can not , you see,

I have A.D.D.

I can relate to this poem. Because I have A.D.D. and it sucks. :( And in the bad moments when you think back it just hits you hard
