A.M Anxiety

two hours of sleep

and a nightmare

wake up dont like the texture of my hair

start thinking about my brain

how I never say the right thing

no matter what I want my autism sings a different tune

Crippling spouts with self doubt are bound to be my doom

like the times at which I crave validation

but ask for it from someone above my station

(tthat means someone normal)

god I feel so horrible

Forcing them to face my problems

cornering them with my insecurities

when they have a choice of whether to be near me

and the emotional dependence is unrequited
