Am I?

Am I old enough to go,

Am I wise enough to show,

Am I young enough to grow,

Am I ever going to know?

I am young and I am free,

At least that's what they see,

What I think, they don't ask me,

Am I ever going to be?

Am I old enough to tell,

Am I wise enough to know well,

Am I young enough to yell,

Am I doomed to this empty shell?

I am chaotic and I am serene,

I am invisible and I am seen,

I am outside but still in between,

Do I know who I am, and what I mean?
