AM STILL HERE

walking along this shore

I'm picking up the route

The trail of our history

A tale about me and you

We built a beautiful dream

Thyn boomed by my stupidity

I hear the echoes of your voice

Whispering softly neck to my neck

But they disappear within the wind

Then I try to play our memory

Inside my mind

But I got ferried away

By the tears down my chicks

For there is only darkness

I'm being defeated by loneliness

I still feel your breath

On my neck

And I still smell

The scent of you on my pillow

Maybe am going insane

Maybe am just desperate

To believe that there is still us

Denying the fact you're gone

Where you are right now

Know that I'm still here

Grieving over our shattered love

A beautiful relationship

Killed by my ego

Though you might not

Be looking at me now

Just know that you're the only place

My heart has ever been.
