Ambition
My heart isn't into the root of evil
Although I do need it to survive
In order to get my point across I must stay alive
I'm more concerned about what God has in stored for I
I want the world to recognize and love my ambition
I hope they listen to one in such poor condition
Wale said it's easy to dream but harder to live it
He couldn't have said it better I am a witness
I hope the world appreciate my gift as not just a business
Beautiful music generating energy to paint my vision
Can you love and recognize my ambition?
I'm the child in the middle who struggled as a kiddo
Being born in a hurricane was my message that life would be a storm
God foreseen the need and 1988 my destiny was born
My art is sacred I pray it's not scorn
As a little girl my granny once called me evil, why is that the term used for supernatural?
As a child the doctor said I needed glasses, why was that the solution for my third eye?
In elementary school my parents was told I needed extra help, why was that the case for someone special?
Perhaps I just needed someone to recognize the gifts God has given me
As a child I always told my dad I wanted to grow up and help people
I didn't know it then, but now I know my mission
I just hope for enough support to complete my vision
I go to school for nursing
I paint and write for therapy
With my careers I wish to heal
