Amelie
Amelie, life is fragile take it slow. When the world is crumbling all around, don't let it drain your soul. Keep the music flowing through every vein that carries blood and treasure every sound like it's the beating of your heart.
Oh Amelie, linger on every word I say. You've got to weather every storm, don't be the one who ran away. You'll find your place in time, don't try too hard to stand in line. With my hand holding yours let's discover the great unknown.
Baby fly high, illuminate the sky. Run barefoot through the rain and never wonder why. When thunder sounds and your screams echo around, find comfort in my voice and put your hands up for the ride of your life.
Amelie, life is way too short to waste. Take every opportunity, don't let them pass away. Keep your rhthym, don't let them change your melody. It's a dark and lonely world, don't be afraid to shine your light.
Baby fly high, illuminate the sky. Run barefoot through the rain and never wonder why. When thunder sounds and your screams echo around, find comfort in my voice and put your hands up for the ride of your life.
