America's Thoughts

Great minds think alike as some may  say

But why are some silenced everyday.

Because of race or color

Does it make one better than another?

To believe one can make america great again

By separating us from our brethren .

To live in a society  where the black man can be shot down

And the white man can not be locked up or held down .

Society has to change,

society has to move,,

We need to just sit back and think,

what can I  do.

And stand for the other man,

whether  another race or another culture,

and for the ones that cannot stand up to the federal vultures

When we build walls  to separate.

but cannot communicate,

our thoughts and feeling towards one another.

Pride and prejudice are labeled as fear,

but some can still not make that difference clear,

America’s thoughts are to be together as one,

love all as one,

and live as one.
