AmeriKKKa
Bang bang is the sound heard through the night, another child wont see the morning light, But they dont care, they dont bother, they incarcerate our men and ask us why we dont have a father. My niece lost her dad to the violence and the media criminalized him, a white man commits a crime and they mention accomplishments. They fear our knowledge yet claim they want to help, yet they want us kill ourselves to increase their wealth. Racism is alive in this country, god forbid I bring it up because then im complaining and I need to get over it.
They roll their eyes call me crazy for pointing out their privlege but how can I sit and take it knowing the differences we live in. They stick us in jungles and call us animals, theyre fascinated by our culture and our quick to claim it as theirs but as soon as we need help they suddenly dissapear. What wouldnt I change about this country that was never great, lets begin with murder rates, they give us drugs, guns, and jungles and wonder why we struggle, check the facts , best believe if we had suburbs we wouldnt be dead on our backs, we dont need dead presidents to represent us, we have hood heroes, Malcom, Martin, our musicians and more to save us from the unfair system.
Home of the free isnt the home for me, I wont stop until theirs change so dont tell me to leave.
Dont call it whining when our children are dying, and the people are starving while politicians sit and eat off our poverty.
POWER TO THE PEOPLE.
