Among the lashes

Whipped and beated

Closed and blinked

Which lash would you take?

Which makes you feel weak?

A cold, searing pain or a blink of an eye?

A sweet flickering, which would you live by?

Each of us have our pains

Which one would you choose?

Among the lashes we get

Are glares worse or are bruises?

The world keeps pursuing us to improve our lifestyle by ruining our life. I just don't get it.
