Anchors

We all carry these feelings.

They make us feel so angry;

so depressed;

or so happy.

But in the blink of an eye,

It all changes.

And then what you felt before,

just doesn't matter anymore.

Your love replaced with hate.

Hatered with love.

Anger with happiness.

And happiness with depression.

But these feelings,

they hold us down.

Like anchors.

And they drown us out to sea.

You just have to let go.
