Angel of Loneliness
Once upon a time,
a girl lived all alone.
Wanting to explore the world but did not know where to go.
She tried the rainforest, and the sea,
but that was not where she wanted to be.
Was the sky really the limit?
For her, could it be possible at all?
Maybe with a leap of faith and wings to take her fall.
She woke up in the morning, lone and lone again...
One day she finally had it,
and the sky is where she went.
She now looks down on her family, the rainforest, and the sea
from up in the sky... where she wanted to be.
