Angelwine

Just thirteen souls

Then you will know

If the angelwine brews

With strength that shows.

                                                                           Just one drop

And the body becomes

Impenetrable,

But not for us

For we are mortals

Not angels that soar.

For just one drop

Of that angelwine

Is like acid

It drives us insane.

Those who take it

Gouge out their eyes,

Or cut up there skin

And all from one drop

Of that deadly angelwine
