Anger

You were filled with anger, with no remorse

your words filled the room like how they filled my head

its usually one ear and out the other, but it stuck to me instead

you didn't mean it right? few hours later we hung out as if it was all alright

Yet i still feel your hatred latched onto me meanwhile you smile in my face

I never know which version I'll get of you today

the sweetness of your words casted over the stab wounds your tongue sang.
